What has been painful and very expensive to watch this disaster unfold its been frustrating to argue and plead with the va not to march off the cliff only to be ignored or stonewalled. Thankfully the department is now listening to what veterans and its own employees and this committee have been saying for so long. It is far past time to look under the hood and see if it can be fixed and whether progress is even being made. But be assured thats exactly what we are about to do.
