One South Africa Movement leader Mmusi Maimane has sounded the alarm at what he believes is evidence that the infamous Gupta family is still unduly benefiting from Eskom.
The power utility is at the centre of the commission of inquiry into state capture where evidence leaders are scrutinising business deals signed off by former board members.
Since its first sitting, the commission has heard testimony of a 2015 coal contract facilitated by former CEO Matshela Koko and former CFO Anoj Singh, for the power utility to purchase a year s supply of coal from Optimum.
