and inmate movement will be restricted while staff members work 12-hour shifts, searching every cell. generally, it irritates the inmates. of course, they re locked down. they don t get fed when they usually do. they don t get to go to recreation. their shower, their phone is restricted. it doesn t take long before frayed nerves lead to a fight in the gym where inmates have been held during the cell searches. get him out. get him out. get him up against the wall. while officers try to manage inmate tempers, the investigation into the smuggled drugs continues. this is the drug packet itself that the officer confiscated. and what it is, the yellow you see is a balloon with saran wrap-type of wrapping over the top of it. now, inside the balloon, there ll be individual packets

an eyeball out. then clear the evidence. then you clear the evidence. and your work station is clean. there was a slashing over badger section, involved hispanics. the hispanics are now on lockdown. actually they ve got the entire badger section on lockdown. our crew was at san quentin just hours after an inmate was slashed across the face with a shank. the attacker was identified and put in administrative segregation for questioning. but now the entire cell block is about to be searched for weapons. keep your eyes open. keep your ears open do your normal cell searches, handle your business, be safe. a large team of correctional officers will search every square inch of their cells. first, all the inmates are removed. frisked for weapons, then taken out to the yard.
