The Board of Directors of the Community Assistance Center (CAC) is pleased to share the appointment of Francis Horton as its new CEO, following in the footsteps of Tamara Carrera upon her retirement. Horton comes to CAC with extensive leadership experience with international nonprofits in the realm of lifting people out of poverty. He is excited to join CAC where he can apply his life-long experiences to helping neighbors in his own backyard.
