We just spoke with deputies on the scene not too long ago, and they say everything started when someone living here called 911 abouta man outside frantically waving around a semi automatic handgun. Heres a better look at the scene. Deputies say when they got here. Things didnt get any better they say they tried to get the man to put the gun down, but he kept waving it around thats when he got really aggressive. Sheriffs Officials Say he was yelling and even pointed the gun at the four deputies on the scene. And thats when they say they had no choice but to shoot. We just found out who this guy is. His name is Jeffrey Casale and hes 27 years old. Hes still alive. In the hospital trying to recover and right now, im looking to see what kind of history this guy might have with the law.
