People hear this more than they would want to, but if you want to use the term reconciliation, thats a process that allows the senate to pass something with 51 votes instead of 60. In order to have reconciliation, you have to pass a budget. Months late, the house and the senate are passing various budgets that include reconciliation instructions that are different and the next step is they both pass them and have to reconcile them.
