The Highway Patrol says they were hit and killed by a car. 3 it happened just before eight last night, at the corner of stryker and taconic road in avon park. Thats Odali Labrada Rodriguez and 40yearold Alexy Rivero Cespedes were jogging in the same direction of traffic. They were not wearing any lights or reflective gear.
