Pelakon Jasmin Hamid mengakui kecewa dengan sikap segelintir rakyat Malaysia yang didakwa masih berdegil dengan menuju ke kampung halaman bagi menyambut kedatangan Hari Raya Aidiladha minggu depan.
Jelas Jasmin, sikap pentingkan diri seperti ini hanya akan membuatkan situasi lebih teruk, lebih-lebih lagi ketika negara sedang berdepan dengan pandemik Covid-19 yang meruncing ketika ini.

Kes rentas negeri cetus lima kluster besar di Terengganu

KUALA TERENGGANU - Sebanyak 463 kes Covid-19 akibat aktiviti rentas negeri (import B) dikesan di Terengganu bagi tempoh Mei dan Jun tahun ini seterusnya mencetuskan lima kluster yang besar dalam komuniti, kata Pengarah Kesihatan Negeri, Dr Nor Azimi Yunus.
Beliau berkata, kes import B dari pelbagai negeri itu merekodkan bilangan tertinggi di Kemaman iaitu sebanyak 307 kes diikuti Kuala Terengganu (36 kes) dan bakinya di daerah lain. Ini telah mencetuskan lima kluster besar seperti Kluster Gong Badak (226 kes), Kluster Langgar Hilir (45 kes), Kluster Industri Teluk Kalong (109 kes), Kluster Pasar Kemunting, Pahang (13 kes) dan Kluster Kubang Jela (131 kes).
Tamil Nadu reported 467 new deaths from COVID-19 on Friday, a 17.6 per cent increase over 397 reported a day ago, as it registered 36,184 new cases in the last 24 hours, the health department's data showed.

PROVIDENCE, RI The Rhode Island Department of Health reported 11 new coronavirus deaths Friday, bringing the state s death toll to 1,509.
Health officials also announced 1,216 new infections, bringing total cases to 70,818 since the pandemic began.
The state has provided 1,717,567 coronavirus tests, with 18,317 tests administered Thursday, according to the health department s COVID-19 Response Data Hub. Out of those who tested positive, 466 remained hospitalized, with 48 in the intensive care unit and 25 on ventilators.

As of Friday, Rhode Island s daily positive test rate was 6.6 percent, a decrease from Monday s high of 10.7 percent. The weekly rate is 8.9 percent, an increase of 2 percentage points from last week.
