the u.s. marshal, not the secret service, fbi or department of justice but the marshal of the court. and they say no disrespect to the marshal of the supreme court, but those that i ve spoken to wonder if that specific agency can handle really what could be a cyber leak of this size. multiple sources tell fox news the investigation began with around 70 individuals in the court who may have had access to the draft opinion. sources say much of the initial focus was on three dozen are so law clerks who directly work with the justices on their case load. that number is now smaller. fox news previously reported they were asked to turn over their cell phones and sign affidavits. it s unclear if they have cooperated. also questions, john and sandra, could the leak have come from a united states supreme court justice. it s a legitimate question, one we have asked. again, the supreme court giving us a no comment and we are approaching three months into this investigation.
