UPDATE 11:40AM: A semi truck overturned on the northbound ramp of the Carson City Freeway, I-580 at Highway 50, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol. The accident was reported to NHP at 8:27 a.m. and the driver of the truck wasn t hurt.
Month by month progress on the Carson City Freeway continues with the latest installment being the Snyder Avenue overpass, which is set to open Friday afternoon over the southern portion of the Carson City Freeway, the Nevada Department of Transportation announced Thursday.
