It happened on a road between the towns of midland and odessa. The gunman has been shot dead by the police. Our north america correspondent peter bowes has this update. The latest information is that the Police Believe although it is not definitely confirmed, but they believe that this gunmam was acting alone. Since he was tackled and killed by the police, there have been no further reports of shooting.
