Yeah you know that was something where you know when you got so many tomatoes What do you do with these things that you have this is a real farm it s a 12 acre farm we have a little self and everything so we always grow different kinds of tomatoes and I can just try to do something a little different with them something fun and got the idea to make like a bacon and it s really not overly complicated just takes time to essentially dry them and soak them in what you do in the meantime if you reform it and now each time a little bit more and finally by the very end it s very crispy in crunchy and you can serve it like a little piece of bacon.
