something like this happened to me personally there was a shooting in front of the capitol in 2013. one person died in that encounter. the facility was on lokd. people were told to shelter in place. anything that s heightened security threat immediately puts this place on alert. it s a very expansive, large campus here. there are thousands of people that work here. when you consider the amount of security near the white house and near other government buildings, the capitol, because it is supposed to be the house of the people is there is a lot of free flow. tourists can walk up to the capitol door without being checked. without being wanted to take their picture in front of the building. they have to bypass security but they can walk close to it. the one thing is the belief on 9/11 is the flight that went down in pennsylvania was either headed for the capitol or the white house. you see the air space around the building has
