“There is no evidence to date that any students or staff have been physically harmed or that any misconduct occurred on school grounds related to the charges,” Crook wrote, adding, “Federal Law protecting the privacy of students prevents the District from providing any additional details at this time, as it could lead to the identification or confirmation of the identification of the students.”
Crook said Mullen has resigned from the school board, of which he has been a member since 2013. Crook said there is no record of Mullen ever being an employee of the district.
On the tampering charge, police accuse Mullen of physically destroying some of the evidence associated with the unlawful surveillance accusation.
