NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED REASSESSMENT Notice is hereby given that the Rice Lake City Council will meet at 6:00 p.m. on June 13, 2022 at the Rice Lake City Hall, 4107 W. Beyer Road, Rice Lake, Minnesota, to pass upon the proposed reassessment of costs related to the installation of water and sewer pipes related to municipal improvements abutting the property located on West Calvary Road. The reassessment is authorized by Minn. Stat. § 429.071, Subd. 4, following the tax forfeiture and subsequent sale of the properties to be assessed.
