Following an advisory on Tuesday night that a section of Spanish Town Road in St Andrew in the vicinity of Callaloo Mews had been closed to vehicular traffic, resulting in major diversions in the surrounding areas, the police have advised that the affected roadway is now clear.
In a follow-up release on Wednesday morning, the police said the section of roadway that was rendered impassable, is now accessible to vehicular traffic.
However, motorists are being asked to continue to obey the instructions of the officers who are on duty in the area to avoid delays.
