OCEANSIDE, CA Five restaurants in Oceanside are among the seventy-seven restaurants in San Diego County that were chosen by the California Restaurant Foundation to receive grants of up to $3,500 to help recover from COVID-19 pandemic closures. They are among 318 mom-and-pop restaurants in eight counties chosen for the grants. The full list is below.
The Oceanside restaurants chosen as the Restaurants Care Resilience Fund grant recipients are:
Bliss Tea & Treats, Oceanside
Petite Madeline Bakery and Bistro, Oceanside
Rookies Restaurant & Sports Bar, Oceanside

FREMONT, CA Two Fremont restaurants were chosen by the California Restaurant Foundation to receive grants of up to $3,500 to help recover from pandemic closures. They are among 318 mom-and-pop restaurants in eight counties chosen for the grants, with 33 of those restaurants here in Alameda County. The full list is below. No grants were made in Contra Costa County.
The Fremont restaurants are Little by Little, and Qochon.
Wells Fargo donated $250,000 for the grants.
