On Thursday, in the morning, at Pine Hills Dirt Racing, Bunya, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM officially opened the Asian Buggy Championships, and the Governor addressed competitors and guests.
Following, Her Excellency departed Brisbane for Official Travel to Cairns Regional Council.
In the afternoon, at the Cairns Convention Centre, Cairns, Her Excellency toured the Cairns Indigenous Art Fair and attended the Opening Night Ceremony, and the Governor addressed guests and presented a Certificate of Patronage.
