Guwahati: While carrying out an aggressive campaign for the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council elections in the Dima Hasao district, Assam CM Himan.
One special and three election observers have been appointed by the State Election Commission, Assam to oversee the conduct of general election to the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council. Polling will be held on January 8 and counting of votes on January 12.
