Perhaps the risk becomes balanced again. Remember in january, in the statement, the fed said it couldnt judge if the risk to the upside or downside which way they were because of the uncertainty in the global environment. Does it drop those Global Concerns from the statement . Were looking for the fed to bring down its rate forecast, the average fomc member looking for four rate hikes this year.
