The man charged with first degree murder in the death of 13year old Nicole Lovell hires his own attorney. According to the Montgomery County juvenile and domestic relations court, 18year old David Eisenhauer is now represented by Anthony Anderson of anderson and friedman in roanoke. Attorney christopher tuck was previously appointed to represent him. Lovell was killed after going several days. 19year old natalie keepers also faces charges related to lovells death. Both suspects are scheduled for preliminary hearings on march 28th. Eisenhauer and keepers are being held without bond. The trial is underway for one of the men charged in connection to a shooting that killed two and hurt four others in roanoke. Against demetrius wade.
