One dead, one missing as Bising batters Eastern Visayas

The casualty was identified as Alberto Wales, 79, from Brgy. San Isidro, St. Bernard, Southern Leyte. He was declared dead at Anahawan District Hospital. A fisherman identified as Louie Din, 40, from Brgy. Two persons from Baybay City were also rescued from drowning Sunday afternoon. Work and classes have been suspended by some local government units due to the prevailing effects of the typhoon.
