In which case the lots dont qualify and the variance is required. A variance could be justified for this location however i have concern about the overall scope of the overall project and neighbor project proposed here would not be one granted a variance. And then on saturday, an Organization Called pac to stem did a great event at the ywca in bay view that had young people from stanford and berkeley come and present to our young people on Stem Education and some of the stem careers that they can go into. It was really powerful to see these young men and women of color speaking to your young people as rolemodels and i really wanted to appreciate mr. Tolliver for bringing that group together and the friends
