Erika Strojinc The Buffalo Grove Park District named Erika Strojinc as the next executive director, replacing Ryan Risinger who is retiring May 26. Strojinc currently serves as deputy director and will begin her new position effective May 27 with an annual base salary of $165,000. She first joined the district as the clubhouse assistant director
