instead, they are focusing their energy on culture wars vicious culture wars let s talk a little bit about the budget proposa because you mention that right cutting three trillion dollars i believe and i want to draw o that a little bit. when we talk about the negotiations with republican at the end of the, day you hav to get them on board in orde to fund the social programs th president wants to fund. you re looking at thre trillion dollars in the federa budget gap, and that s what th president wants to shape proposing a new 25% tax on billionaires and increasing th corporate tax rate from 21 that s 28% and quadrupling of the 1% ta on stock buybacks that too effect earlier this year let s be honest congressman, there is no way in hec republicans will get on boar with some of this, some of these proposals. so how are you going to find the social programs? while the social program, the president has proposed
