ROCKFORD Keith Country Day School held an open house Sunday afternoon to honor the school s foreign language department chair Sherrilyn Martin on 50 years of teaching.
Martin has taught all 50 years at Keith. She is the school s middle/upper Latin and ancient Greek instructor.
The celebration of Martin s career welcomed back alumni, current families and students, faculty and the community to the school s campus at 1 Jacoby Place in Rockford.
