DRACUT The city of Methuen charges Dracut the highest possible rate for the water it supplies to East Dracut. Town Manager Ann Vandal would like to change that when the current 10-year contract expires next month.
A CIVIL lawsuit filed against Merrimack Valley Radio LLC by former employee Teddy Panos has resulted in a court judgment of almost $32,000 against owner Sam Poulten, following an assessment of damages hearing held at Lowell District Court on Sept. 13.
