Charlotte Bronte s tiny manuscript will reportedly now be donated to the Bronte Parsonage Museum in Haworth, Yorkshire. The manuscript was lost for years and was only recently rediscovered inside a 19th-century schoolbook.
A miniature book of poems written by a 13-year-old Charlotte Bronte will return to her windswept Yorkshire home after it was bought for $1.25 million by a British consortium, the buyers said Monday. Smaller than a playing card, the 15-page manuscript dated 1829 is a collection of 10 unpublished poems that was unveiled in New York last week after more than a century hidden away.
