Devices that they called unknown canisters. They had to call in the bomb squad to make sure it was safe. People who live on la rosa circle. They were surrounded by a series of unusual events a fire in a carport at 10 15 reported by a woman who didnt want us to show her face. I walked towards the carport and i saw something, orange flames. By the time firefighters arrived, another neighbor had put out that fire. In investigating the scene they located two suspicious devices that they described as canister type devices. Not knowing what the devices were, fewer fighters blocked off the area and called in the san jose bomb squad. They evaluated the situation and the safest course of action would be the device, and the controlled manner of moving it. I heard something was then in a carport.
