Governor Andrew Cuomo on Monday hinted that schools would fall back to normal, come September. We re gonna set a statewide policy which willl govern all school districts but if you ask me today, by the current trajectory we are on, I think there s no reason why every school shouldn t be open in September, said Governor Cuomo, on Monday.
Some local school districts take this to mean that fully-remote learning, which many are currently offering, will go away in the fall.
