To the latest in the Brendan Dassey case now a federal judge orders that dassey be released from prison by eight oclock friday evening. The ruling comes on the heels of a motion filed by the state to prevent dasseys release from the columbia correctional institution. Casey geraldo joins us live to pick up the story. Weve been out here three days now, waiting to hear when dassey might walk out. The federal judge who turned down the states efforts to keep dassey re the state isnt dropping their view that dassey should stay in prison. They filed an emergency motion with a higher court to make the decision to keep dassey behind bars during his appeal process.
