Free Parking at Metro Parks Thursday, Dec. 17. Park free from 6:30 a.m. to sunset at Oxbow Regional Park, 3010 S.E. Oxbow Parkway and from 8 a.m. to sunset at Blue Lake Regional Park, 21224 N.E. Blue Lake Road.
