It is an honor to address you in this historic state capital which serves as a symbol of our collective dreams and aspirations. Three weeks ago at our state inauguration had the privilege of hearing the mormon tabernacle choir. I am pleased to report to you in spite of their decision to sing at my inauguration not one choir member has resigned. [applause] remember the choir performed climb every mountain. As they sank i reflected on all the mountains we must climb and conquer in our personal lives as a people and as a state. Utah was climbing out of the great recession, recognized so many challenges required a robust economy. We made economic recovery our primary objective.
