BHIC unit disposes of 20 77% stake in Boustead Naval Shipyard for RM1

KUALA LUMPUR: Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Bhd (BHIC) is selling the group’s entire 20.77 per cent stake in loss-making Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd (BNS) to Ocean Sunshine Bhd, an indirect unit of Minister of Finance (Inc), for RM1.  

Boustead records net loss of RM21 55mil in FY22

KUALA LUMPUR: Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Bhd recorded a net loss of RM21.55 million in the financial year ended Dec 31, 2022 (FY2022) compared to a net profit of RM15.19 million a year ago.
