Members of Wellsburg Elks Lodge 1553 presented a donation to volunteers behind the Follansbee R.E.A.C.H. Program, a local food pantry. The donation is part of a $3,500 Elks National Foundation Beacon Grant the lodge secured and divided among the Brooke County Public Library, A Child’s Place Court-Appointed Special Advocates, the Brooke County Salvation Army and the St. John Catholic Church food pantry in Wellsburg.
