Dimapur, Sep. 8 (EMN): Nagaland government has constituted a state-level committee as per the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (prevention, prohibition, and redressal) Act 2013. According to an official bulletin, the committee would include Hokhuli Chushi, secretary of H&TE, as chairperson; Sungtila Jamir, joint secretary of P&AR, as member secretary; along with Bodeno S Colo, additional secretary of Social Welfare; Kusa Fithu, joint secretary of Co-operation; Rosy Athrila S, joint secretary of Transport; and Abeiu Meru, president of Naga Mothers’ Association; as members. As per terms and conditions, the committee would receive complaint from any woman, who is a victim of sexual harassment at her workplace and cause an inquiry into the complaint and suggest measures to redress the complaint.
