Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 8, 2021 at the James OâDonnell Funeral Home in Hannibal, Missouri. Brother Bill Dexheimer and Pastor Rich Stilley will officiate.
Burial will be at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal, Missouri.
Friends and Family are invited to Bobâs Life Celebration at a visitation that will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, May 7, 2021 at the funeral home.
Bob was born August 26, 1957, in Hannibal, Missouri to James W. âCorkyâ Whitley and Dorothy Crane Whitley.

HULL Two Missouri men who were instrumental in rescuing several people after a 2019 accident on the Mississippi River near Hull have received one of the highest awards for civilian heroism.
