Pastor and Realtor Brandon Huber lost his religious discrimination suit against the National Association of Realtors and the Montana Organization of Realtors. Now he's teamed up with several Montana legislators to dismantle NAR's hate speech provision in the state.
One of the bills that will be discussed during the 2023 legislative session is "Brandon's Law," named for a Clinton, Montana pastor who said he is the victim of anti-Christian bigotry, and looks to protect others from the same discrimination by the National Association of Realtors.
