Reporter a gunman opened fire in daytons Historic District including nine People Killed including his sister. That will be meeting with First Responders, Law Enforcement, victims and paying my respects to them. Reporter the shooter was wearing body armor and had additional highcapacity magazines. First responders killed the 24 yearold man less than one minute into the shooting. The fbi took center stage revealing the shooter was obsessed with violent ideologies but they have not made a final determination on his motives. The date and shooting followed a rampage in el paso, texas, the gunmen killing 22 and leaving dozens injured. The gunmen drove for a motorcycle cop, identifying himself as the shooter. The el paso shooter faces capital murder charges in addition to hate crimes which carry a possible death

Over the next year we will be putting in more. They are known as left turn calming devices and are designed to protect pedestrians. The idea is to force drivers to go out into the intersection and stay away from the crosswalk, more of a 90degree turn. Drivers are still getting used to them.
