He is an award-winning local writer, lecturer and teacher of photography who studied with Ansel Adams,” Green said. “He is a magnificent photographer. He kindled a fire within me;” Nature photography is the favorite topic for Green. National parks including Yellowstone and Yosemite, the 150 waterfalls of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, southeast Alaska, Florida, Wyoming, Arizona and sites where animals and birds may be found attract him and his cameras.
