on the democrat side come from the public sector unions. they wanted the money to get it and push their ideological agenda in schools. that s what is happening. i m afraid it was totally predictable and we see it play out. bill: this bill was passed more than a year ago in march of 2021 and what i found was a comment in february of 2021 so a month prior to fox business where the white house said they will have the resources they need to safely reopen. remember it was about windows and ventilation and making the classroom safe. and fully serve their students. so i don t know if that s how you define it. on screen california 1.5 billion for training resources on topics like implicit bias training. here in new york $9 billion for dei, diversity, equity and inclusion. illinois an emphasis on equity and diversity. there you have your blue states, steve. last comment there.
respect, don t like it, and he s got one version. and then you ve got the governor s version. what is this bill likely to look like when it actually becomes law? considering that we are almost at the halfway point of the session, you will end up seeing that both bills will end up coming together and eventually cut through negotiations so i know for a fact that s not the only thing we re given, but another issue has just arisen, asking about state military, who do implicit bias training. some of our other entreaties who are state workers who have implicit bias training. does this glue them? there is a lot of vagueness within the legislation right now. but i will tell you that as we speak, as both chambers will pass the bill, they will end up coming together. i asked this in all seriousness seriousness, is black history month gonna be illegal in florida, if that
that kid, that black kid was not treated equally in this incident. you mentioned training a couple of times. when i watch that video, it seems like the officers actions are almost instinctual. how do you deprogram that? can it be deprogrammed by training? well, it s one of the biggest things about implicit bias training. you re trying to get officers not to bring their thoughts on various races or cultures into policing, and to be equal in treatment of all. so this is something that is noticed by police executives across the united states. they are trying to get this training done. i m not sure if this agency has it or not. if they do, they re not doing enough. if they don t, they need to get it immediately out to their officers. just procedurally, should either of those boys have been arrested?
