Chancellor Andrew D. Martin and Provost Beverly Wendland have appointed a 10-member committee to identify candidates for the position of dean of the School of Law at Washington University in St. Louis.
Mark E. Lowe, MD, PhD, an academic leader and accomplished pediatric physician-scientist at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, has been appointed the university’s vice chancellor for research, effective July 1.
Dorian Traube, a professor in the Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work at the University of Southern California, has been appointed as the next dean of the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis, effective Aug. 1, announced Chancellor Andrew D. Martin.
Michael Mazzeo, professor of strategy at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, will be the next dean of Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, effective Jan. 1, according to Chancellor Andrew D. Martin.
Undergraduate tuition at Washington University in St. Louis will be $61,750 for the 2023-24 academic year a $2,330 (3.9%) increase over the 2022-23 academic tuition of $59,420, announced Amy B. Kweskin, executive vice chancellor for finance and chief financial officer.
