With school board and city council approval, Virginia Beach Public Schools has started the process of replacing Princess Anne High School, Bettie F. Williams Elementary/Bayside 6th Grade Campus and Bayside High School. Soon, the division will begin seeking out input from the broader community.
Keith Clark's idea grew into a program that will have given more than 850 bicycles to children at 32 public schools in Norfolk, Portsmouth, Newport News and Virginia Beach.
