Musikfest will resume at noon Sunday, after an apparent shooting that Bethlehem police describe as an ‘isolated incident’ sent crowds scrambling Saturday night.
Kott took the helm as chief in 2020 and is Bethlehem’s first female police chief in the city’s history. She first joined the department in 2004 after graduating from Desales University with a degree in criminal justice.
