It is falling in virginia and nowc maryland, now southern delaware. Light rain in Sussex County moving into millsboro, seaford is just on the leading edge of the first rain drops this morning. It will take hours before it moves into philadelphia. Well see it across delaware and south jersey to begin with, during the later morning commute, 8 00ish, well see the first rain in philadelphia.
