Jordan Anthony’s debut with the Razorback track and field team had him finishing third in the 60m final with a time of 6.62, equal No. 3 on the Arkansas all-time list, on the second day of the New Mexico Collegiate Classic.
A portion of the No. 4 Arkansas Razorbacks will compete in the New Mexico Collegiate Classic on Friday and Saturday in the Albuquerque Convention Center. The fourth meet of the season for the Razorbacks will see Wayne Pinnock opening in the long jump while also including the debut of transfer Jordan Anthony in the 60m.
The defending national champion Razorbacks host their first meet of 2024 with the Arkansas Invitational on Friday, January 12, at the Randal Tyson Track Center. A dozen newcomers are scheduled to make their Razorback debut in the meet, which includes four freshmen and eight transfers.
BENTONVILLE — A student team aimed at thwarting the isolation some international students experience when arriving in the United States secured $3,000 at the fall 2023 Seed Funding Pitch Competition.
Overseen by the U of A Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, the competition allows students to pitch their ideas for a chance at funding in several categories.
