The nearly 100-year-old, seven-acre property, which sits at the foot of Catamount Mountain, which reopen in April as a four-season, family friendly inn with 14 guest rooms plus a 75-seat onsite restaurant, 45-seat bar, swimming pool, saunas, and hiking trails.
