D&S Construction brings Parade of Homes back to Shelby County

SIDNEY 2020 was a year of growth for us at D&S Construction. The community continued to support the construction industry in new homes and remodeling.
“We experienced a steady increase in all areas we focus on including new homes, remodels, additions, new roofs, excavating, and light commercial,” said Sean Rank, member, D&S Construction.

We are very proud to have brought the Parade of Homes back to Shelby County. This was something we really wanted to do for our community and had talked about internally for a couple years. The Western Ohio Home Builders Association had not set a date because of challenges with COVID. They released the date four months away from the show which forced us to make a decision very quickly.
