In a seamless transition that took place at the end of September, Bergenfield residents Rivka Alter and Nechama Price took over the helm of the Yoetzet Halacha Initiative in Teaneck and its surrounding communities.
In addition to an extensive art exhibit showcasing paintings by renowned Latino artists depicting the historic and modern connection between Jewish and Latino culture, the evening will feature a musical presentation by the renowned Jazzphardic Project with Yehonatan Elazar and Grammy Award-winning jazz pianist Tal Cohen.
“We are galvanizing the next generation of students to not only lead lives of great personal and professional success but also lives of impact, meaning and leadership,” said YU President Rabbi Dr. Ari Berman.
