speak of the problem is, i don t know what the federal government does if it does step in. in the state of texas, austin was a ridiculous mess with homelessness. it was governor greg abbott who stepped in. with gavin newsom, he led the mess that was san francisco, the aiding and abetting of homelessness. you have to break it down, there are people that can get help. you have people that are dealing with addiction issues, and then you have the people who have mental health issues. you have to attack leasing separately. this is not a partisan problem. this is our problem. california does exacerbate it because of the real estate costs, but my beloved indianapolis can go down that same road and start to touch on it here and there, and it has to do with leadership that does not accept the status quo. there is no accepting of homelessness. that has to be the baseline from which everything else grows. julie: capri, what is the problem? and what is the solution? and are liberals at all to bl
